A close older friend had surgery there, so I went for a consultation They said it would be done with septal cartilage, and whether osteotomy was needed could be checked during surgery They said it was not to the point where it absolutely had to be done I had the consultant consultation as soon as I arrived, and waited for the director consultation It seemed like the director came out right after finishing surgery and consulted with me (They said I had to wait because they were in surgery) They looked tired, but explained calmly I was considering doing it, but the consultant pressured me to pay a deposit I am still shopping around, so I plan to visit a few more places
