They said silicone and septal cartilage would be needed, and that if the septal cartilage were too soft, they would replace it with donor rib cartilage. They also said nostril reduction should be done later after seeing the surgical result. It was the first consultation and I did not know much, so I did not have a long consultation, but I liked how honest and firm they were.
