They said silicone and septal cartilage would need to be used, and if the septal cartilage is too soft, they would replace it with donated costal cartilage. They told me to do nostril reduction later after seeing the surgical result. It was also my first consultation, and I didn’t know much, so I didn’t have a long consultation, but I liked that they were honest and firm.
