My cousin had both eye and nose surgery here, and they seem to pursue a natural look. It turned out well. For the nose, they just straightened the septal cartilage support and fixed the deviated septum, and they say they're so happy. But for the eyes, they only did ptosis correction, which didn't fix the ptosis, and only made the thick double eyelids disappear, so the clinic said they would do double eyelid surgery for her... that's a bit of a minus
