About 4 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction through an event. I'm not sure if the ptosis correction wasn't done well, but even when I go for other plastic surgery consultations, I'm diagnosed as needing to have ptosis correction done again ㅠ And I think the epicanthoplasty was slightly overdone too, so I had epicanthoplasty reconstruction before getting nose surgery. The double eyelid line has gotten thinner over time, so I think I'll need to do it again from scratch. Oh, the double eyelid surgery method was non-incisional buried sutures. It hasn't come undone yet, but I think it has gotten a lot thinner. If you're doing it for the first time, even if not excessively, I think it's okay to make it somewhat thick.
