A place I got a consultation at through my younger sibling's recommendation.. I have a bulbous nose with a high nasal tip, and I wanted no implant while not changing the height much, so I consulted here. They explained that using postauricular fascia + ear cartilage could give a natural-looking improvement of the bulbous nose, so I was drawn to it. Also, 4 other places recommended external-incision alar reduction, but only here they recommended the internal approach because doing it externally would look unnatural in terms of shape. They also recommended osteotomy, but said that was optional. They said it would create more of a frontal-view effect if done.. There was no separate CT scan, and the director explained while drawing and touching my nose. When I asked questions, they answered well, and the consultant was also kind.
