This was the second place I went to while going around for consultations, and I had high expectations because I heard they do things naturally and safely.
The consultation fee was 10,000 won, and the order was director then consultant. I had already read all the blog posts, and I knew they do not speak in a clear-cut way and that they choose their patients, so I mainly asked about things I had heard at the previous clinic. As soon as I went in, I put on a headband, and they took a photo with the nasal tip lifted using a cotton swab and a regular face photo. They asked what I wanted to fix and showed me a series of before-and-after surgery cases, but most were noses with a somewhat high nasal bridge/dorsum and a hump, so I lost interest as soon as I saw them lol. Overall, though, the revision rhinoplasty photos were really good. My nose is low and small, but I have an asymmetric hump that makes it look crooked, so I asked about that. He said that to make both sides exactly match, he would have to shave it down until there was a hole, and if silicone were placed on top of the asymmetry, the asymmetry would stand out more than now. So he said he would shave it slightly and use postauricular fascia. He said fascia gradually gets lower, but if it gets lower, he recommends nasal bridge filler. The director kept repeating, while showing celebrity photos, that a pretty nose is one with a hump and a large nasal tip that looks naturally pretty. He did not talk for long about my nose, and he only talked when I asked. It was a high-level consultation where I had to avoid asking about things already on the blog. I had seen reviews saying he generally explains rhinoplasty like a lecture, but he did not really say much like that, so I wondered if I had not been chosenㅠㅠ I prefer someone who points to my face directly and tells me exactly what the problem is rather than speaking vaguely, so the consultation did not suit me. It felt much more disappointing than places without a consultation feeㅠ I was also a bit intimidated after seeing bad reviews, so I could not ask questions well. At the end, the consultant said she also goes into surgeries, so she knows well, and told me to ask her questions, so I was like, ?? I really felt like he had no intention of operating on me.. I also lost interest in doing it here, so I only asked the consultant about the cost.
I only properly heard the consultation about the nasal bridge (slightly shaving the hump and using postauricular fascia) and nasal tip (ear cartilage). I know it is true that they also do various other things, but I do not know if he did not explain them or if I just do not remember. I can tell the director is skilled and that when he looks at a nose, he can see how he would operate, but I still feel disappointed that he did not tell me that.. The cost was 4 million won, with a total of 5 visits after surgery on days 1, 3, 5, 7, and 14. I did not ask about aftercare, AS, or services because I saw a review saying that when someone asked about things like that, they were told that if you think about those things, it is better not to do it. But since I was not going to do it anyway, I should have asked. It was a place I had high expectations for, so that made it all the more disappointing.
