I had a consultation for nose shortening and philtrum shortening. They said that if the philtrum became shorter, it would give a more youthful-looking face. After thinking about it, I had it done somewhere else and it failed, so I really regret not doing it here. If I had done it here, I might not be struggling like this now.. I’m planning to go again soon to look into philtrum-shortening surgery and rhinoplasty.
