I was satisfied with my first surgery and used donated costal cartilage. I didn't shop around; I just went to the clinic and had it done. I had the nasal tip done too, and that hump you can feel when you touch it? I lived thinking I didn't have one lol. It looks natural lol The cost was an event price from 3-4 years ago, and I think I only paid extra for the donated costal cartilage!! My nose really turned out naturally. Getting filler was such a hassle, and rather than spending 400,000-500,000 won every year, I thought surgery would be better.
