It was a long time ago, but I had the silicone removed. The nasal septum is still left, but I’m just living with it because I’m scared. I want to remove the septal cartilage soon too, so I’m looking into it here and there. First of all, once the silicone is removed, the nose really becomes comfortable. I’m going to live without ever putting foreign material in again.
