Every time I took a photo, my dorsal hump stood out and my bulbous tip looked round and wide, which was subtly stressful Especially from the side or three-quarter angle, the bridge looked more uneven, so I always worried about my angle. From the front, my nose looked wide because of the bulbous tip, and I gradually started disliking taking photos. After consulting several places, I met Dr. Koo at [Clinic A]. He explained that simply smoothing the hump would not be enough, and that the bulbous tip and alar base also had to be addressed for the entire nasal line to look much cleaner, which immediately made sense to me lol. I wanted to do it properly in one go, so I had the full package: implant, bulbous-tip correction, nasolabial angle correction, dorsal hump reduction, alar reduction, and autologous costal cartilage. The first thing I loved after surgery was that the hump was gone... Before, the middle of the bridge protruded, making the side profile look kinked, but now the line flows smoothly from the bridge to the tip, so it looks completely different in photos. I also think having bulbous-tip correction and alar reduction together was a brilliant choice. The spread-out appearance from the front and three-quarter view has decreased a lot, and the tip is more clearly gathered than before, making the whole nose look much slimmer. It does not look artificially sharp; it feels naturally refined, which I like even more. Since I had autologous costal cartilage, my tip was somewhat firm at first and needed time to adjust, but it is gradually becoming more natural now 🤍 As the swelling goes down, the line looks clearer, so these days I find myself checking my profile in the mirror for no reason lol. Before, whenever someone took my photo, I checked the angle first and deleted it immediately if I disliked it. Now the nasal line looks good even in casual photos, so it is very comfortable 🤍 As someone who was stressed by both a dorsal hump and a bulbous tip, my satisfaction is genuinely 1000%.
