I had heard that the material at the nasal tip could be resorbed, but once it really was resorbed, the drooping progressed much faster;; It felt as if the nose that had been fun and pretty had disappeared before I even had a chance to enjoy it after surgery. Of course, it lasted longer than expected, but there were many parts I was not satisfied with, and I had also grown emotionally attached to that nose haha. Since I was going to have revision surgery anyway, I started wanting to bring my current aesthetic preferences into it, so I consulted about securing the nasal tip with strong, well-fixing autologous costal cartilage. During the first surgery, the nasal tip itself had been sculpted round, which made the bulbous nose look even more pronounced? I wanted to change it neatly and slimly, with a straight-natural style and only the columellar line rounded, so I even brought a drawing.. The doctor communicated well, and I regretted not taking the prescribed medicine because the area where the rib cartilage was harvested felt tighter and hurt more than expected Everyone, please remember to take your medicine properly.. Dr. [Doctor A] at [Clinic A] had the most experience with revision rhinoplasty, so I chose him, and the cost was about average? I liked that it was not very expensive! I think it will look prettier as I recover more and the swelling decreases further.
