After getting a CT scan, I felt that they were giving me a professional consultation about the structure of my nose, the size of the septum, and so on. The doctor was calm and kind and explained everything I asked about very well, and the director was also very kind. I am still worried because I am afraid of silicone, but this is a hospital I keep being drawn to.
