First of all, I only had a nose consultation with Director ㅎㅈㅁ, and they explained things in detail and were kind. It would be surgery for a hump nose and long nose; they said they would shave the hump slightly, use septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and add a little dermis. I liked everything else, but the use of dermis? is bothering me a bit, so I'm thinking it over. I recommend getting a consultation; they are kind.
