I was surprised that the consultation took longer than I expected, but they were very kind and explained things in detail, so I felt reassured. The materials also weren't overdone, and they said they would use septal cartilage and silicone, which matched what I had expected and made me glad. But the surgery time was too long, so now I'm conflicted, and the surgery cost was more expensive than I expected, so I'm still deciding whether or not to do it here.
