I had orthodontic treatment for 3 years.. Of course, my gums got really bad during that time I also didn't manage them well, so I got a lot of cavities I wore my retainer every year, but I think relapse has happened It feels like the front teeth are protruding, so my mouth opens on its own It seems like only the molar area is touching..
