I lived thinking I had an underbite and wanted to set my chin back. The doctor strongly recommended chin-tip advancement, so I just trusted the director and went ahead with it (they explained all the reasons, very passionately). Now that about a year has passed since the surgery, I hear people say I look prettier than before so much. Well, it might be a combined effect with the cheekbone surgery too?? Oh, I had cheekbone surgery 10 years ago with another doctor who worked hard on their blog, but the 45-degree cheekbone area wasn't properly reduced, and wherever I went, I heard that my facial contour was disappointing haha... So whether surgery turns out well is just luck of the draw.
If I was about a 7 in terms of prettiness before, now it feels like about an 8.5. That’s just how it was for me. But it does seem true that their aesthetic sense is different from general facial contouring plastic surgery clinics. It’s definitely not a doll-like line. I pursue a naturally pretty actress-like look even as I get older, so the aesthetic matched mine.
Now that I’ve written it out, I sound like some kind of broker. But the fact is that I actually hear people say I’m pretty more often.... Even though it was expensive, I’m satisfied. For a cheekbone revision surgery, the price was reasonable.
