The hospital system felt a bit more organized. One consultant was assigned to handle each person, so it was neat, and the consultant was really pretty and kind, and explained everything so there was nothing I didn’t know. It was impressive that she came in with me during the consultation with the director and listened together beside me. The director had a straightforward, refreshing style, and after trying out my eye line a few times, immediately told me what seemed like it would work. When I told them what I wanted, they clearly explained why it wasn’t possible, and instead suggested an alternative approach. I liked that they seemed full of confidence.
