The hospital system felt a bit more organized. The consultation manager handled each person one by one, which was neat, and she was really pretty and kind, so she explained everything clearly without leaving me confused. What stood out was that she came in during the consultation with the director and listened alongside me. The director had a very straightforward style, and after trying out the eyelid line a few times, she immediately told me what would likely work. When I explained what I wanted, she clearly explained why it was not possible and also suggested alternatives. She seemed very confident, which I liked.
