I went in for a consultation because I wanted to have the removal done after nose surgery. I had silicone in place and had the nasal tip done with septal cartilage, and the surgical plan was to remove the nasal silicone, septum, and capsule first, then reposition the nasal tip. They said this could be done for the high 2 million won range, or the mid 2 million won range with a cash discount, and it would be a closed approach! But because the alar area had collapsed, they said ear cartilage would need to be added to the tip, and if it was done that way, it would be possible in the 4 million won range as well, but only during the May event period In the end I decided to think it over a bit more because of the cost and because the procedure would need to be fully open
