The staff, the manager, and the director were all good. The facilities were clean, and since I had heard a lot about the director’s skill, I felt trusting. The price was fixed, which was actually even better. They also gave a detailed consultation and explained well how the surgery would be done. The manager absolutely didn’t pressure me and told me to think it over well. It’s a place that doesn’t feel burdensome.
