At the time I was looking into surgery, Lee Hak-soo was the most famous one, so this was the first place I went. But first of all, only consulting with the consultation manager was the biggest downside, and rather than being kind, it felt like that clinic acted as if it was in the superior position. You could say they had a very high opinion of themselves. Even seeing the doctor on the day of surgery, and the facility itself, were not great, so I was completely disappointed compared with the expectations I had from what I had heard.
