I had revision rhinoplasty in 2014 It’s a hospital that has issues now, but at the time it was just a large hospital, and my parents said it would be safer to have it done at a big hospital, so I went ahead without really knowing much,... They had placed a material called Medpor all the way to the nasal tip, and it was just about to break through the skin at the tip of my nose, so I had the implant completely removed I had revision surgery using artificial dermis and donated costal cartilage, but maybe because my original nose was low, it suddenly sank a lot and my overall impression became very soft and undefined.....
