Since this was a revision surgery, I visited several places for consultations, and he was very kind. First of all, the director seemed to pursue a natural line and was very meticulous. He explained slowly and well what kind of eyes I have. The clinic staff were kind too, and especially I liked that they didn't push me to make a same-day reservation.
