While I was looking into revision revision revision rhinoplasty, I found a clinic that does autologous dermis nose surgery, which reportedly has the fewest side effects. I booked an appointment and, when I consulted with the director, he was very honest and gave me a fairly clear estimate of what was possible, and he said there were parts he wasn’t confident about (it didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell me something). Although I didn’t have the surgery here, I was moved by how sincerely the director handled the consultation.
