(First surgery) ENT clinic in Sinsa-dong, One Patient a Day My nose was crooked, and because I had once broken my nasal bone before, I had a saddle nose, so honestly the goal was to correct the crooked nose. I was only supposed to have a slight correction between the brows and a slight bridge augmentation, but the doctor did nasal tip fixation and placed cartilage grafts however he wanted. After surgery, the left alar cartilage was damaged, causing asymmetrical nostrils, columella depression, and nasal tip drooping. The shape was... one doctor said, "It looked like a Black nose."
I was so shocked that I strongly wanted it to go back to the way it was. (Second surgery) At the reconstruction-specialist hospital right outside Exit 7 of Sinsa Station, I told the hospital director, the building owner, to restore it to the original state. But pride and everything else aside, I just thought it didn’t matter as long as they put it back the way it was. (Third surgery) Reconstruction hospital in Apgujeong I explained that the only part of my original appearance was the hump area of the nose, so I begged them not to touch it at all before going into surgery. I had thought there was something special about columella depression correction because of the blog posts. After surgery I said, "I wanted removal and reconstruction, and I said I wanted to go back to my original appearance, so what is different about this nose and a revision surgery?" It’s like a scaled-down nose surgery... I had hoped I could go back to the way I was.. What is this.. And after the first surgery, some sutures were left in, so I asked them to remove them cleanly, but there were threads stuck like little dots, and when I went to a plastic surgery clinic near my house to have them removed, they couldn’t be taken out It’s stressful.. They said they did not lengthen it all the way to the end. Today I went to a plastic surgery clinic, and after only touching the nasal tip, they said it looks like the septum was lengthened. I thought of the doctor at the first hospital. One patient a day. A thug. He acted like he was listening, but then ignored everything and operated however he wanted, and took a lot of money.
