The director was very kind, and I was happy because they answered my various questions in detail. But it wasn’t the kind of surgery method I wanted (it’s not that they couldn’t do it!! It was just a different direction). As we were talking, the consultation manager spoke in a slightly irritated tone... I guess that can happen when you’re working, but because no other place had been like that, I didn’t really want to keep meeting them here.. Still, the front desk staff were extremely kind, and the facility was clean too.
