It is not about becoming overly dramatic or flashy, but more about tying the cartilage and making a small change. Since they are not making a columella incision in the first place, it is nonsense to expect the shape to change dramatically or anything like that. I recommend it for people who want a moderate price and want to look better without it being obvious.
