Director Kim is so well known for breasts that I made a consultation appointment in the morning on purpose, worried that if I booked late I would have to wait. But wow, I think I ended up waiting two hours;;; Honestly, the way they treat patients is wrong. They only told me to wait and then left, and not once did anyone come in the middle to ask for understanding. At the desk they were chatting and laughing among themselves, making noise, and when I went over to ask when it would be, they were so abrupt. Their tone was so curt. Then I had the consultation with Director Kim. Honestly, it was enough to take away any anger. He immediately said, 'Oh dear, you waited a long time~ I'm sorry~' and I really couldn't say anything... The consultation was the kindest I've had at any hospital so far, and he answered every question I asked. Just like I'd heard in the cafe, he's really a sweet guy. The consultation manager tried to push me into booking on the spot, saying I'd get a discount if I did it today or whatever, and it was incredibly forceful. I literally couldn't say anything. Whether there was a discount or whatever, I felt like I shouldn't do it at Wooa, so I left...
