I consulted because of my hump nose. The materials they suggested were using the septal cartilage, and if that wasn't enough, using ear cartilage. They also said that if I only shaved down the hump, it could end up uneven, so they suggested using autologous gluteal dermis, but I was a little scared, so I never got as far as surgery. The method I liked most was the one that repositioned the cartilage and fixed the nose tip with a columellar strut.
