Once the nasal tip dropped, every time I looked in the mirror I really looked older ㅠㅠ and it looked like a hump nose, so it was stressful
So I picked a hospital famous by word of mouth for revision rhinoplasty, made time to go to consultations diligently, researched hospitals much more than I did for my first surgery, and chose carefully! I also came into this community often and lurked, so I learned a lot of information and I think it helped a lot
The place I went to is famous for functional rhinoplasty, severe nose reconstruction, and revision rhinoplasty Honestly, because of that, I didn’t expect much in terms of shape
But what is thisㅋㅋㅋ The line came out so much prettier than I expected!! I don’t know how it looks to other people, but they made it exactly like the photos I brought to the consultation, so I like it
For now, the swelling is going down, and although I’m still in the avatar period with a long way to go, the nose line is visible to some extent, so I think once the swelling keeps going down, it’ll look natural and I’ll be satisfied
What I really felt while looking for hospitals is that
I think there is a hospital <that suits me> My first surgery was at a famous, large place, but the result wasn’t exactly something I fully liked
But at my current hospital, from the consultation, the doctor treated patients warmly like his own daughters and sons, and before surgery we had a design consultation for over 30 minutes They also took better care of me during aftercare than during the consultation and looked at things sensitively, so not only do I feel good emotionally, the result also came out well, and I’m very satisfied haha In conclusion, there is definitely a hospital that suits you, so I think the answer is to put in the legwork and online research, communicate a lot with the doctor, and choose the hospital. It’s only been 2 weeks, so the swelling is still very puffy, but I can already see many improvements compared to before, so for now I’m relieved I’ll occasionally post reviews after one month and six months too Also, whenever I had worries or sensitive concerns about nose surgery, I got a lot of help from everyone here whenever I posted, so I’m always thankful ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ tears
