Are there cases where autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage are mixed and used? Because my nasal tip has drooped, I’m thinking of using costal cartilage, but if I do revision surgery only with costal cartilage, I wonder if it might become too pointy.. I heard that if you don’t want it to look excessive, there’s also a method of placing ear cartilage at the nasal tip, but then wouldn’t it droop again... If anyone has had surgery at ㅈㅇ, 431, or ㅊㄷㅊ, could you tell me what materials you used? Are the materials I’m thinking of a rare case??
