I didn't use an implant; I had a hump reduction and osteotomy, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. As the swelling goes down, I feel like my nostrils are becoming more visible and my nose looks more upturned. Even without an implant, could it be contracture? Originally my nostrils weren't very visible, but now they're so visible that it's stressing me out. If I do a total removal, could it lift even more from here? My original nose was a long nose with a severe hump.
