It's been about 6 years since I had rhinoplasty with donated costal cartilage, but they built it too high, so I want to lower the upturned angle a bit and lower the nasal tip too. For those who had a similar revision case successfully, please recommend a hospital. My septal cartilage has already been used, so there's none left. Will I have to harvest autologous costal cartilage? ㅠㅠ I really don't want to go as far as harvesting autologous costal cartilage, sob sob ㅠ
