For a long time, I lived thinking I had a bulbous nose, and the nostril wings that I thought were big were a complex of mine, so I always kept nose surgery in mind. But when I actually went to the clinic for a consultation, they said it wasn't a bulbous nose, so I was surprised I remember using 3 mm silicone?? for the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. I was worried because I had seen so many people say that if you don't use costal cartilage, it droops quickly, but the director said there are cases where septal cartilage and ear cartilage are enough and cases where they aren't, so in the end I didn't use costal cartilage. Now that about 10 months have passed, honestly the nasal tip has come down a lot compared to the beginning Maybe it's because desire has no end, but I'm not 100% satisfied, so I think I might get revision surgery later when I have more time
