I went in not knowing much of anything, but the director immediately picked up on the nose shape I wanted and explained everything during the consultation. He pointed out what could and couldn’t be done, and especially the consultation manager was so kind that I left feeling good after the consultation. The hospital atmosphere was also neat and comfortable, which I liked.
