It's been 12 days since I had rhinoplasty using silicone/donated costal cartilage/ear cartilage. When the splint first came off, it looked so tight and high that I was worried, but as the swelling goes down little by little, the tight feeling is decreasing. I hope all the swelling goes down soon and it looks more natural!
