My expectations for surgery were low not because I thought they wouldn’t be good at surgery, but because I was outright refused surgery. I have an extremely sensitive personality, so I explained in detail how I wanted my nose to turn out, and maybe they thought it would be difficult to match that. From the beginning, they said they normally don’t operate on cases like this, and afterward, while explaining why the nose shape I wanted would not be possible if they performed the surgery, they said their surgical ability probably could not achieve that, so it would be better to have surgery at a hospital that says they can do it.
