First of all, as I wrote in my previous post, I went to a nearby ENT clinic because of a fracture, got taken advantage of, and ended up having functional rhinoplasty + cosmetic rhinoplasty (donor costal cartilage). I’m someone who is thinking about removal after 6 months. (The doctor said my nasal septum had? collapsed, and that if it wasn’t reinforced it would collapse even more later, so we agreed to just slightly reinforce it so it wouldn’t collapse + only lightly supplement the sunken area. I absolutely did not want my nose shape to change or any excessive change, and I asked them to just restore it to how it looked before the fracture. They said okay, so I went in,, well, the result is^^ I found out why they’re famous for being blacklisted. When I got the surgical records, they had even used my septal cartilage however they wanted lol) Anyway, the problem is.. they pulled my columella out however they wanted, like Squidward, and my nostrils became so uneven. When I asked that director bastard, he shamelessly told me I was originally uneven. It might have been slightly uneven before too, but isn’t this way too severe..? And they told me to come back after the swelling goes down, but I don’t think this is a swelling issue. How does it look to everyone here? I’m worried that maybe something went wrong around the right alar cartilage.. If I get it removed after 6 months, will it go back to how it was..? My nose feels extremely tight, but the side where the nostril is lifted definitely pulls moreㅜㅜ Inside my nose, it’s more swollen, like scar tissue?.. When I asked why the columella is like this, they said that’s a pretty nose. While getting irritated looking at my before photos,, I never asked for that.. lol I regret thinking it must just be swelling, not being able to speak properly, and just saying yes, yes before leaving Ha....... seriously ㅜㅜ
