Ear cartilage. Septal cartilage. Nostril cartilage graft. Columellar reinforcement. They didn’t recommend costal cartilage. Since my nose is low and short, I’m carefully considering costal cartilage, whether autologous or donated, because I relatively want it to be higher. The director was the kindest so far, actively asked questions to understand my needs, and explained everything with great sincerity. The one place where I was the only one who had an absurdly unfriendly and unpleasant experience, the absolute worst, why are its reviews and ratings so good? Was I just unlucky and met the wrong consultant that day.…
