I waited for over an hour... but the consultation itself was long. The doctor explained things calmly and answered every question kindly. He looked at three things in turn - the CT, the actual face, and photos taken with pads - and then made his diagnosis. It seemed like he recommended things carefully. The manager did not feel pushy and was kind as well. They said they would send me the answers to my questions by text, but they did not, though. Anyway, the clinic was very clean and the aftercare seemed good.
