I waited a lot, over an hour... But the consultation was long. The director calmly explained things well, and kindly answered all the questions I asked. They looked back and forth among three things, the CT, my actual face, and even photos taken with a pad, thought it over, and then gave a diagnosis. It seemed like they were making recommendations carefully. The consultant also didn’t feel pushy and was kind. They said they would send the answers to my questions via chat but didn’t send them,, anyway, the clinic was very clean and the aftercare also looked good.
