I had surgery for a hump nose 7 years ago. They only shaved the bone without using anything like silicone or cartilage, but my nose got a little lower and the shape is a bit disappointing. It is safe because there is no implant, but if you care about the shape, make sure to get plenty of consultations and look into it carefully when choosing implant-free surgery!
