3-month review after revision rhinoplasty~~

Before<Before revision rhinoplasty>After<After revision rhinoplasty>After<After revision rhinoplasty 2>This is my 3-month review after revision rhinoplasty~~ It’s been a while since I posted my 2-week update I had revision surgery for rhinitis (functional) + cosmetic reasons I wrote in detail in my 2-week review about why I did it, so please check that out Now most of the major swelling has gone down, and only the swelling around the nostril wings remains I was like this after my first surgery too, but I’m the type who swells easily and bruises easily My swelling also goes down so~~ slowly.. Still, now for 3 months, it feels like it’s going down faster than after my first surgery, but I think it’ll keep going down more from here, so I’m going to watch it a bit longer I’d say it feels about 70% gone..(I’ve also heard that nose swelling can keep going down for 2-3 years..) Maybe because I had rhinitis surgery, I have no problems breathing, which is nice, and there’s no pain. Since I used autologous costal cartilage for the revision, compared with when I used ear cartilage before, it feels harder? but I’ve gotten used to it.. And I still have the autologous rib scar, about the size of my thumbnail I’m prone to keloids, so at first it stuck out a lot, but after applying ointment every day, the raised part went down. There’s still pigmentation, or rather a scar, so I’m going to apply the ointment a bit more and watch it, then maybe get scar laser treatment If I had to say what’s a little uncomfortable now, it’s that my nose runs a bit..? I keep sniffling. I’m going to ask when I go to the hospital for my follow-up this time. It’s nice that my nose isn’t blocked, but my nose runs quite a lot.. When I looked up rhinitis surgery reviews, there were sometimes people like me whose breathing improved but who had a runny nose, so I’ll ask the director and let you know in my next review..
