The first time I did it at a local clinic, and the second time in Gangnam, but I heard so many questions asking whether I had my nose done, and my bulbous nose didn’t improve at all. I had a third revision surgery at a large, famous hospital and had the implant removed, but the bulbous nose only improved very slightly. I heard nasal tip surgery is difficult, and it’s so hard to find a place that’s good at it.
