I’ve been wearing the compression band diligently after surgery, and I think this is the hardest part. They say wearing it consistently makes the effect better, so please keep that in mind if you’re planning to do it. Other than this, the pain and everything else are all tolerable lol I definitely think doing it in winter would be more comfortable, because in summer you sweat, so the incision sites could get irritated..? But then the downside is that it’s so cold I don’t want to go out for walks. They say you can see it to some extent after about a month, so I’m going to try to manage it diligently.
