I did wait almost 2 hours? The director gave me a longer and better consultation than other places I visited. They explained well what I would need, tried making the line several times, showed me which lines would suit me, and explained everything clearly. The consultation manager was also kind, and I liked that there was no pressure to pay a deposit. They told me to think it over slowly and decide, so I felt I could trust them.
