As a bride-to-be, I debated arm liposuction and then went for it. My upper arms became 5 cm smaller over three months, so I am extremely satisfied now. Of course, because I did it in summer, wearing the compression garment was incredibly difficult, but I could see my arms looking slimmer right after surgery, so I endured it stubbornly lol. (If you are considering liposuction, I do recommend avoiding summer.) Honestly, I had very little bruising or swelling—perhaps because the director's technique was good—and even that faded quickly after taking Danggui-Susan. Highly recommend Danggui-Susan if you have bruising. They say minor swelling keeps going down until six months, so I will work hard on aftercare. Also, the biggest worry after liposuction is fibrosis, but I received diligent care and most of it went away; now it is almost fine lololol.
