I was deliberating because of my sunken forehead and temples, so I trusted a clinic where my friend had full-face fat grafting and went for a consultation. I ended up scheduling the procedure right away. I’m not usually the type to visit lots of places, but the director was very kind during the consultation and didn’t push excessive recommendations, which I liked! Seeing how naturally prettier my friend became, I don’t think I hesitated much, lol. Perhaps because the director has extensive experience with facial fat grafting, it didn’t hurt much and there wasn’t a lot of swelling. I’m even more satisfied because I had forehead and temple fat grafting together!! I especially like how natural it looks, rather than appearing artificially filled out—as if my forehead had always been round, haha. After the forehead fat grafting, I can wear my hair up, and because I had the temple grafting too, my face shape has become so pretty. I still have some swelling, but I’m extremely satisfied even now!! Once a little more swelling goes down, I think it will look even more natural.
