I had already undergone surgery at this clinic, but the tip of my nose became lower, so I asked about revision surgery. It looked fine immediately after surgery, but they said it might be due to my skin characteristics and recommended alar reduction plus dermis. When I asked about dermis complications, they said most people use it and that it would be fine once absorbed, so I should not worry. They discouraged autologous costal cartilage, saying its shape would remain visible. Revision surgery had originally been 2.5 million won, but because alar reduction was also needed, they quoted 1 million won more. The price had changed, and since they use dermis, I probably will not undergo revision surgery. The clinic has no CT scanner inside, so it is difficult to examine the surgical progress in detail.
